Partner with John to build out a short or long-term class to deliver value and establish foundational competencies around effective leadership and coaching to your corporate teams.  John is certified in several relevant assessments and programs including the Emotional Social Competency Inventory (ESCI-Boyatzis), Situational Leadership, Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI), Hofstede's Culture in the Workplace Questionnaire (CWQ), BUILD and Leadership Through People Skills (LTPS).
